Royal Mail is the allocated carrier for all shipping. If you would like tracking, please select the shipping option with tracking at checkout. Tracking information will be sent before your order is collected.

Once your order has been collected by Royal Mail, Audrey Lisik Illustration will not take responsibility or be held responsible for any delivery losses, errors or faults. However, If you have any issues, please contact us so we can try our best to help.

Please note that all shipping costs cover the delivery of the artworks. Shipping fees are determined by weight and the delivery address of your order.

If you are ordering an original artwork, Tracked delivery is recommended as the one-of-a-kind artworks cannot be re-created.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or Royal Mail strikes.
Original paintings and prints will be carefully packaged in an acid-free sleeve and gently rolled or flat packed in a rigid mailing tube/ mailer for safe travel. Professional framing is recommended.

As all Artworks are either made on demand or are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions count for gift cards, you have 14 days to request a refund if it has not been used.
