RETURNS & REFUNDS
As all Artworks are either made to order or are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions count for gift cards, you have 14 days to request a refund if it has not been used.

Please take a moment to double-check all details, including sizing and shipping information, before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@audreylisik.com within a few days of delivery, including a clear photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Please note we cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery — once your item is in your care, safe handling and display are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations
Because each order is made especially for you, we’re unable to cancel orders once they have been received and passed to our production team. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing checkout.
